Douglas Arbittier MD, MBA is a board certified anesthesiologist who did his undergraduate, medical school, and residency training at the University of Pennsylvania.  He served as Chairman of the Anesthesia Department at York Hospital (York, PA) for 10 years before becoming the Vice President of both the Oncology and Surgery Service Lines at WellSpan Health (a 20000 employee, 3 Billion dollar health system in south central Pennsylvania).  He founded and is CEO of MI-12 Ventures LLC, an angel investment group with over 30 members in 5 states.  In his spare time he is an avid researcher in medical history and has collected medical and surgical antiques for 35 years, creating the Arbittier Museum of Medical History a decade ago (www.medicalantiques.com)
